From menu at Application » Settings you can configure all the settings grouped by their functionality.
Here you can configure details about video communication. It's indicating that you do this for your one computer, considerating your Internet connection and your preferences.
Do not allow contacts to see that I have video - By selecting this option, contacts from your contact list won't be notified that you have a webcam installed on your computer
Automatically accept video calls - By selecting this option you will receive automatically video calls
Camera - If you have many webcams they will be listed and you can decide which to use. This way you can also see if your webcam works.
Video Quality - Here you can select one of this options: High Frame - if your Internet connection has a small speed, Standard Quality - if your Internet connection has a medium speed or High Fidelity - if your Internet connection has a high speed
